Pricing
Our prices for photographing whole properties are based on the total number of bedrooms within the property, regardless of the age, style or square-footage of the property.
The price below includes post-processing, full internal photos and external shots of both the front and rear elevation where possible. Your photos are sent to you digitally at both the full resolution (ideal for large prints) and at the optimum size for uploading to property portals and social media. As a small business, we don't need to add VAT: The price you see is the price you pay.
We capture your property using the top of the line 3D technology from Matterport, who are the industry leaders for creating digital twins of any space. Our prices for capturing whole properties are based on the total number of bedrooms within the property, regardless of the age, style or square-footage of the property. Showcase your property unlike no other.
VIRTUAL TOURS
For homes, houses & apartments
from £200 plus £25 per bedroom
For example, a 2 bedroom cottage will cost from £250. A 4 bedroom detached home will cost from £300, etc.
Included in your price is a minimum of 3 months free hosting of your tour on the Matterport servers, a custom branded QR code (ideal for leaflets and classified ads) and up to 10 Mattertags (call-to-action touchpoints). Additional hosting is priced at £30 per quarter and includes quarterly analytics reports. Additional Mattertags are just £2.50 each. As a small business, we don't need to add VAT: The price you see is the price you pay.
