Many businesses feel like their photos let them down. MiniAperture helps businesses to showcase their best assets and drive growth by creating beautiful and immersive photography.
My name is Laura Firth, I'm the founder and sole photographer of MiniAperture Photography. I founded my business in 2019 and primarily served the property industry to begin with. During 2020, I began helping a wide range of small local businesses to showcase themselves in response to the Coronavirus pandemic. I found that more than ever, businesses needed to show their customers that they could safely visit the high street shops in confidence. To help with this, I began creating virtual tours of businesses to increase both their website traffic and their footfall once it was legally allowed again. My contributions were recognised by Google who granted me with their "Trusted Photographer" status for their Street View platform.

Photography and the story behind each image has fascinated me since I was a young child. This life-long passion is what drove me to start my own business. Like many photographers, I am proudly self taught and I constantly strive to improve my craft. I have completed my certification for commercial drone flights and I am currently working towards my Licentiate status with the Royal Photographic Society.
Passion, excellent customer service and attention to detail are at the core of the MiniAperture ethos. I love nothing more than seeing the joy and amazement from other business owners when I hand over their finished products.
I'm based in the world-famous Castle Donington, conveniently located at the very heart of the East Midlands.
